I initially picked up the camera (and turned it on myself) as a way of keeping myself accountable with training. I recorded a simple Mid-week Workout Review to capture the positives out of my training on a Wednesday. Setting the expectation that I would have to positively reflect on my training had the great effect of making me look for those positives during my training & enjoy it a lot more.

Since then I’ve expanded into product reviews (mainly trainers) and occasionally opinion pieces on news relevant to the CrossFit community. The majority of my content is on Instagram but be sure to subscribe to the Chalking Fitness Youtube Channel also.
